Your first visit, without the nerves

If this is your first med spa visit, here is the whole appointment, step by step: what happens, what it feels like, and what you’ll take home with you.

Your visit, step by step

From Hello to Heading Home

1. A conversation

We start with your goals, your history and your questions, unhurried. Nothing is decided in the room.

2. An honest assessment

If a treatment isn’t right for you, we tell you so and explain why. Good advice sometimes means waiting.

3. A written plan

Your recommended treatments, doses and timeline, set out on paper before anything is booked.

4. Time to decide

Take your plan home and think it over. Book when you’re ready, and only then.
Questions we hear from first-time patients
Will it hurt?
Less than you’re imagining. Most injectables feel like a quick pinch that lasts seconds, and numbing is always available. Nearly every first-time patient tells us the anticipation was the hardest part.
Will people be able to tell?
Done well, people notice you look rested, not treated. Conservative dosing and a two-week review are how we keep it that way.
Can I change my mind in the chair?
Yes, at any point and without any awkwardness. The consultation is a conversation, and you are in charge of it.
A little preparation goes a long way
Before you arrive
Write down your questions, all of them, and bring the list. If injectables are on your mind, skip alcohol and blood-thinning supplements for a day or two beforehand. And if volume loss is your concern, a photo of yourself from a few years ago is the most useful reference you can bring. Reassurance line: Feeling nervous is completely normal. The consultation exists to put you at ease.
No need to be nervous
Total transparency and no pressure throughout the process.
