Our treatment rooms are stocked with hyaluronidase, which reverses hyaluronic acid filler, along with emergency medications for allergic reactions. Response protocols are kept where the team works, equipment is checked on a regular schedule, and a physician is involved whenever a concern arises.

Written protocols only matter when a team knows them well. Ours are developed, reviewed and kept current under the direction of Dr. Osborne Williams, our medical director, and every member of the team is trained in them.
